My comments in underline:
s316 1949 - Sol Friedman "Toyhill" House
11 Orchard Brook Drive, Pleasantville, New York
CAN SEE THIS Visible from the road in winter; summer foliage obscures a bit, but still visible. The nearby Edward Serlin house is not visible from the street. The Roland Reisley house down the lane is visible on its bluff above the street.

s240 Ben Rebhuhn House
9A Myrtle Ave. Great Neck Estates, NY 11021
LOOKS LIKE YOU CAN SEE IT I've never been there.

cass house 409.2
48 Manor Ct, Staten Island, NY 10306
CAN SEE IT I've never been there.

s325 1959 - J.A. Sweeton House (Constructed 1950-51)
373 Kings Highway, Cherry Hill, New Jersey
MIGHT BE ABLE TO SEE IT Reach out to me via Chat's PM function, and we can work a "walk around the yard". With COVID in our midst, we are not offering tours.

s2701940 - Joseph Euchtman House
6807 Cross Country Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland
YES CAN SEE Foliage obscures a little but mostly visible.

s358 1953 - Pope-Leighy House this address is the Robert Llewellyn Wright House
7927 Deepwell Drive, Bethesda, Maryland
CANT SEE? DEEP IN THE WOODS? Deep woods and down a steep slope...to see you must trespass. You might see the top of the chimney from the street.

s357 1952 - Luis Marden House
600 Chainbridge Road, McLean, Virginia
LOOKS LIKE YOU CAN SEE IT No, you can't. Topography, foliage, and distance from the road prevent viewing from public way.

s268 1940 - Pope-Leighy House
Woodlawn Plantation, Mt. Vernon, Virginia
TOUR A good one at that.

Rebhuhn is surrounded on 3 sides by a street that gives excellent views. Only the 'back yard' is not viewable.
Cass entrance facade is viewable, not downhill.
Marden might be viewable from across the river, but probably not.
