Thank you for letting us know, Dan.

Some years back when my wife and I were staying at T. West we were taken over to his home by Effie Casey and given a personal tour by David. It's a wonderful home and it was a very special treat for us to meet him and see the beautiful house that he created.

David Dodge was one of those persons who should have lived forever ... like Betty White. There was simply nothing to do but admire and respect him. His house is a masterpiece. He got the message from FLW: While he devoted his life to FLW's work, he did not imitate him at all. The house is a pure representation of his own aesthetic sensibility.
