It is good to see the house has been passed on to appreciative new owners.

Thanks for sharing this!
I've only seen this house in 1950's photos and from afar during a tour of Goff's lost Joe Price house. My impression was of an enormous house that might lack a sense of domesticity at its interior. The house is big, but the video clearly shows this as a nicely scaled and inviting interior. Peter's TAA era addition of the "carousel" or "kiva" room looks like a well situated addition that creates a great casual living space option to the more formal living/dining room.

Nice to see this lesser-documented house. I'd like to have had a more organized "tour" that shows how the spaces connect. There's clearly a lot going on here...time to break out a floorplan and see if I can identify where the shots were taken from.

Seeing the H C Price Jr. house video caused me to think of its original owners, who were of my parent's generation.

It has already been noted on Chat that Carolyn Price passed away in 2018:

Harold C. Price Jr. died in the late summer of 2020:

Not sure if this 2012 video was linked before...the Price's sons Harold and Joe talk about their parents, the company, and the tower:
