Finally! That horrid balcony on the north side has been replaced by a restoration! As exteriors go, that ramshackle construction was the worst eyesore.

Sorry, Juan. That will never happen. Residence B was demolished 75 years ago, and the property sold to a developer. There is a large apartment building on the land now. The land was never part of the park that Barnsdall gave to the city.

Sorry, I know all that... well, while dreaming is free I would love to see Residence B and many more stands again .!! who knows, buildings like Darwin Martin were rebuild, some other were relocated like Bachman, Mantyla.... who knows who knows...!!

More (good) Wright is always to be desired. I've been in support of that idea from the beginning. The problem is authenticity: many argue that "authentic recreation" is an oxymoron.

That might apply if Venus de Milo's arms were reattached from memory, but the structure of architecture is different. I would also like to see Residence B (Oleanders) reconstructed. As the old ballad says, "But I can dream, can't I?"
