...minus that busy! busy! art glass entrance! The house is very good, and perhaps the rambunctious doorway was added?

The split level arrangement, the materials and detailing remind me of McDonald. The entry glass seems a Coonley/Goff tribute ?

There's a lot of art glass in the house. The owner was a stained glass hobbyist, so none of it was the architect's doing (to my knowledge). The architect designed glass for his own house, so it's not impossible that some of the glass was designed for the house by LaVerne Lantz, but I don't think it was.
