Sure, we can call anything "Frank Lloyd Wright"
Re: Sure, we can call anything "Frank Lloyd Wright"
The description goes on to tell us that, yes, these actually aren't FLW chairs (false advertising!?!) but are designs by WWP and TAA:

Oklahoma City. The description and provenance statement seems complete and is well written, lending credence to the package. (One wonders, nevertheless, if the pristine upholstery could possibly be original ?) You're right; "Frank Lloyd Wright chairs" is a misstatement.
A set of four of these would be right at home in many an Organic environment, including (but not limited to) a Wright Usonian-era house.

We are told that, among other things, this house has "Frank Lloyd Wright’s organicity":

Imagine how renowned architect James Cutler would feel, to know that one of his earlier designs was being sold with the (false, and entirely unnecessary) crutch of a Wright association . . .

Though it says "...Frank Lloyd Wright style...", this one looks more like faux Fay Jones:

Florida. Why do so many Florida houses look as cold as ice? $30M with $146K/mo. payments? No thank you.
Michigan. This is a fine house, though it would have been better if the brick of the exterior had made it into the inside.
Arkansas. Wright or Jones, this house doesn't need to lean on anyone to stand on its own. Beautiful. At $799K, 2691 sf on 14 acres, compared to $30M, 5963 sf on .37 of an acre, and zero hurricanes, which is the better buy?
