WBG's Blythe House has SOLD

Word on the street is that the Blythe House has been sold to a couple from Chicago.
No details on the new owners yet.

It has not closed yet, so the listing is still listed as FOR SALE on realtor.com.

The asking price was $424.900. No word on the sale price yet.

Yes, Paul, but what about the skylights installed at Blythe itself? According to the plan, there were 9 lights for the house, originally lighting the first floor veranda.
